Sawyer James

Ten days over due our little bundle of joy arrived at 5:30am.  Justin and I were completely shocked when the doctor announced, "It's a boy!"  We thought for sure we were having another girl.

His favorite spot to sleep...

 Our three little Batmans.  Very proud brother and sister!  They both want to hold him all the time.  Carter is great at feeding him and we have caught Aralynn singing to him a few times :)

Batmobile

Daddy made our Batman a Batmobile out of the baby stroller box.  He stayed up really late to finish it so she saw it right away in the morning.  She absolutely LOVES it.  She has slept in it and stashes snack in it as well.  I think when it starts to fall apart Mommy is going to have a really hard time throwing it away without upsetting her.

4th Of July

For Independence Day, we went to Fort Campbell's fair followed by the fireworks.  

Baseball Game

Carter had his last baseball game, Tuesday night.  He finished this season with 5/6 (.833 Avg.), 4 Doubles, 1 HR (Grand Slam), and 10 RBI's.  
We are very proud of him!  Especially since he was playing on a team of third graders!

River Fun

A friend told us about a river that was near our house and we had to check it out.  We had so much fun we went twice in three days and will be going back a lot more!  The kids absolutely loved it, especially the rope swing.  We brought our friends, had a picnic and spent the whole day there!

Super Heroes

Mommy makes a skirt for her, to get her to be a little more girly...and she finds wings and a Batman mask.  I don't think I am going to win at this.

 It took Justin two days to draw and color in his artwork of the Avengers.  He ran out of chalk, but it still looks great!

Grand Slam!

Carter had a very busy and exciting weekend.  His dad flew into Nashville, Friday, to spend Father's Day Weekend with Carter.  Dan was lucky enough to come to Carter's baseball game on Saturday.  With bases loaded, Carter hit his first home run!!
